The 3rd and final WP2 Stakeholder Workshop took place at the Armed Forces Officers’ Club, in Athens on May 30th, 2024. IDE, the Project’s Coordinator, led and hosted the workshop.
Representatives from the Hellenic, French, and Italian Ministries of Defense (MoDs) along with the Consortium Partners, participated in the workshop. The MoDs acknowledged that they had no major comments on the WP2 deliverables, recognizing the successful completion of the “Study” phase and the establishment of a solid foundation for the “Design” phase. Hence the System Requirements (SRR) and System Functional (SFR) reviews can now be considered as attained.
The workshop finished with discussions and the respective viewpoints of the MoDs. Although there are no immediate plans for dedicated meetings with the entire consortium and the MoDs, the latter are invited to join the future Project’s Plenary meetings, stay informed about the project’s progress, and provide their valuable insights, including through bilateral meetings with the respective national entities, as required.
The workshop ended with an agreement on the work plan and the next steps for the PROTEAS Project.
