PROTEAS 2nd Plenary meeting

The PROTEAS Project consortium recently held its 2nd Plenary Meeting on May 28th and 29th, 2024 at the Armed Forces Officers’ Club in Athens, under the coordination and hosting of the Project Coordinator, IDE. Representatives from all Consortium Partners attended the meeting to finalize the “Study” phase of the Project and address important aspects that required further discussion.
During the two-day meeting, the focus was on reviewing and concluding key aspects of the three WP2 deliverables which represent the technical outcomes of the “Study” phase. Additionally, Project management aspects and outstanding concerns were addressed, while details of the WPs for the “Design” phase were presented and initially discussed.
The 6th Executive Board meeting and the 2nd General Assembly meeting also took place, with a focus on the review of the Project’s progress and on officially authorizing the conclusion of the “Study” phase, and hence the launch of the “Design” phase. A common roadmap for the “Design” WPs was agreed upon by the partners after productive discussions.
The consortium will continue to work in the “Design” phase with determination to achieve even more concrete results. More exciting things are yet to come.
